RB Leipzig Not Interested In Selling Arsenal Target Naby Keita
It has been revealed that RB Leipzig sporting director Ralf Rangnick has ruled out any possibility of selling Naby Keita this summer.
Leipzig have launched an unexpected bid for the Bundesliga title this season and midfielder Keita’s fine performances have been crucial to the newly-promoted German club enjoying a brilliant return to the top flight.
Unsurprisingly, Keita has managed to attract the interest from the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Bayern Munich due to his exploits but Rangnick has insisted that his club will not look to sell the 22-year-old anytime soon.
Rangnick told Sport1 Doppelpass: “I don’t know anything about Bayern interest. Naby’s an extraordinary player who could play in any European top team.
“He’s still under contract for a long time yet. If we qualify for Europe there’s also no reason why Nabi shouldn’t play for us next season.
“I don’t know if he’ll play for us for three or four more years. No-one knows, we can’t all look into a crystal ball. But I think it’s very likely he’ll play for us next season.”
